RAW MATERIAL COLLECTION CENTERS

     
  • We count with seven collection centers for recycled raw materials from our own  
  • The raw materials used are divided into four categories of aluminum:
       
    • Coarse
      •  
    • Thin (soft)
      •  
    • Wheels
     
  • Detailed material selection
We guarantee the supply of raw material from our foundry plant thanks to the collection centers strategically distributed in the national and international territory with our commercial partners.

TEST LABORATORY

  • We have two optical emission spectrometers that allow the determination of chemical analysis
    • Thermo Cientific ARL 3460 model (capacity of analize 27 elements).
  • We deliver the analysis certificate in each delivery.
  • We guarantee that the chemical content of the elements is within the range requested by our clients.

INSTALLED CAPACITY

  • We have two furnaces of 15 tons each
  • Automated and robotic ingot train
  • Degassing and filtering furnace
  • 30 ton rotary Furnace
  • Production capacity of 4,000 tons per month

FINISHED PRODUCT DISTRIBUTION CENTER

     
  • We have a warehouse in which we keep a 10% stock of products that our clients may need in order to respond immediately to their eventualities
  • In addition to the warehouse in our plant, we have a second warehouse in Querétaro city to attend even faster to our customers from the central area of the country
  • In the medium term, the possibility of handling a scheme from stock to consignment.

OUR OWN TRANSPORTATION UNITS

     
  • We count with a wide fleet of tractors of our own
  • Up to date on permits and assessments of both atmospheric and physical-mechanical emissions
  • Equipped with GPS tracking system
  • We have the support of three external transport lines:
    • Autotransportes Comandos
    • Refrigerados Chava
    • Transportes Martínez.
We guarantee our deliveries on time at our clients' address.
